Uh, it's Miley Cyrus. Why is anyone even remotely surprised that she was dry humping some guy at a party? If people are going to be surprised about anything it should be why people are giving a minor alcohol and even letting her into a club knowing that the girl isn't even old enough to vote or buy a box of cigarettes yet...unless it's allowed that minors can do that stuff in LA without being 18. I don't live nor have ever been to LA but maybe their rules are different from the rest of the country.

The girl was dating a 21 year old male underwear model when she was like 15 and her parents were totally fine with that so why should they object to this? Hell, she did a stripper pole dance on the Kid's Choice Awards at 16. What people need to understand and just accept is that Miley pays the bills in that house. What she wants to do her parents allow or she can kick them the fuck out. I'm still totally surprised she hasn't emancipated herself from them already. Just sit back and wait and see whether she'll end up either: pregnant with a rushed marriage, doing slutty videos with shitty autotune songs behind them, on drugs, in rehab for 'exhaustion' (that's what they call it now ), with a mugshot, going nuts from the pressure, making a sex tape, posing for Playboy, getting some type of plastic surgery; or being yet another media whore who lives for red carpets events...for other options just pick up your local tabloid and see who's fucking who and doing stupid shit this week. I'm not okay with it but I ain't her mama and daddy and if they are okay with her getting a bad reputation, than so be it. We've seen this all before, nothing new people so either move along or just watch and be amused. I'm hoping she proves me wrong and actually has a good head on her shoulders and doesn't become another Hollywood hot mess.
