I really think it's not a double standard for allowing men to think a 15 year old girl is hot, either, because girls are more sexually mature than boys at that age, generally. It's not right to date them, but they are starting to look like women.

Now, I do remember the few guys in my school who looked like men at 14-15, and older women responded. But lusting after a Bieber is nasty because he's still a boy, not just his age & mental maturity, but his physicality.
