Nowadays the only rap I like are usually for sentimental reasons. Only rap songs on my ipod are stuff I had when I was a teenager in highschool. That said I can be persuaded to listening to some new rap provided it either:

A)Has a really heavy bass beat; the one that can create a sound five octaves below what a bass guitar can(I'm from the south suit me )

B) the unintentional comedy type(ones who don't know their career is exactl like a parody from Hollywood film)

My favorite rapper today is OJ da juiceman. He never fails to make me laugh. In this song He proudly states how his life "is like a bag".
