The Beauty Room (2006): Evoking the classic, warm 70's sounds - 'Visions of Joy'/ 'Soul Horizon'/ "Don't You Know" ...
The Beauty Room is a collective featuring Electic Electronica/Nu/Jazz producer Kirk DiGeorgio and vocalist Jinadu, along with producer/guitaristKeyboardist Ian O' Brien, Drummer Chris Witten, pianist Tom O' Grady, and a cameo by legendary arranger Emuir Deodato--The Beauty Room evokes the feel of early 70's icons like Crosby Stlls & Nash, America,(especially on the track "Soul Horizon"), The Mizzell Bros., Stevie Wonder, Joni Mitchell and Steely Dan, while still maintining a contemporary feel....they even do a kool remake of Jan Hammer's cut, "Don't You Know"... ... ...
