- Pursuing her music career - having little success whilst Thriller was selling shitloads
- Meeting James Debarge, secretly eloping, his cocaine abuse - juggling that with acting career in 'Fame' - always late for work, unhappy, had to leave after just one series ( I think) - domestic abuse?? (What about)
- Success in the music industry - rumours of secret love child.
- Problems with LaToya - there was a story about Toya wired when she went to see Janet.
-Dealing with her Fathers infidelity - half sister?
- Secretly getting married to Rene
- TVR - depression
- Marriage to Rene breaking down - accusations from Rene about her sexuality, song writing credits etc...
- AFY ERA -flings – Matthew Mcconaughey etc..
- Suberbowl - blacklisted from nearly everywhere
-relationship with Jermanine Dupri
- MJ - family interventions

There's a lot to work with - a good screenwriter will be able to sex it up. But there is no reason for it to happen at the moment.

but in all honesty, a biopic doesn't sound like a good idea and I highly doubt Janet would be down for the idea. Most famous biopics, like Ray for example have intense drama with unfortunate situations. I highly doubt a Janet biopic would be as interesting unless she's willing to tell us what happened behind the scenes, if the SB was intentional, about her relationship with her past female dancer -- Bucky and her S&M obsession. Other then that it would most likely revolve around her family problems, not Janet.

Actually, I was prompted to start this thread when I caught the shittier than shitty Madonna TV biopic, "Innocence Lost," the other night. I hadn't seen it in years, and boy, was it awful. That movie was based on an unauthorized bio of Madonna and, since Janet has one of her own ("Out of the Madness" by Bart Andrews), I thought 'what would it be like if someone made a TV biopic based on that unauthorized bio?' Then I got to thinking, what with everything that has gone on in Janet's life since the start of her career, wouldn't it be cool if an TV Movie of the Week was made out of it? Of course it could NOT be shitty, though...
