You sound bitter, really. YOU would never watch it, but she has millions of fans who would, as well as those curious folks who'd be interested in seeing the biopic of the other mega-famous Jackson.

I have nothing to be bitter about. I'm being realistic. If you actually analyze what I'm saying it can be viewed as a genuine compliment. Drama creates interest. Drama sells. Drama pulls in headlines and fills the gossip columns. Janet hasn't lived that life. I'm sorry if you want it that way but it isn't the route which was taken. What is the titty gonna be the climax? I'm a fan, your a fan, a multitude of prince.orgers are fans but in the eyes of the general public, her eminence was never captivating. She's never been a paparazzi target, she's never had a larger than life persona...Extremely meager in comparison to not only her superstar brother but many big names of the past and present.

Give her a Behind The Music special but she doesn't need a biopic. No one besides her obsessive stans would be drawn to it.

WOW! I didn't know you knew so much about her life.

yawn

the thread is slightly more interesting than Janet's life...

the only drama is about other people in her life, she's never going to tell her secrets, and I really don't need to know what she found hot in JD.

The last thing we need is a conflicted tranny that tries to act like Janet in real life to portray in a bio-pic.

A bio-pic would be unnecessary since everyone and their mama knows Janet's life story.

When I was 7 I started performing, started writing at age 9,etc. etc. When I was 17 I did what people told me. Did what my father said and let my mother mold me. etc. etc.

Yea, yea, we know.

Unless she's willing to give us the tea on her relationships and other situations that happened with friends, associates and such. Our what happened in the studio, etc. It could be interesting. But I know this would NEVER, EVER happen. She's way too private. The Jackson family bio-pic was lame and so were the many MJ bio-pics. We don't need a shitty bio-pic and I'm sure Janet would agree.

Honestly, even a Madonna bio-pic would be far more interesting lol

First off, I vote for a moratorium on the use of the word "stan," because, not only is it annoying as fuck, but any word Eminem is responsible for bringing into the lexicon is not worth such rampant overuse. Secondly, I disagree that only her FANS would be into it. For starters, I work with a bunch of females who always hate on Janet, but you can best believe if that shit were to premiere as the Sunday Night Movie on TV, their asses would be front and center to see it.

She's never been a paparazzi target

Really? What rock have you been existing under?

Drama pulls in headlines and fills the gossip columns. Janet hasn't lived that life. I'm sorry if you want it that way but it isn't the route which was taken.

I guess all the facts stated above don't equal drama? Getting married as a teen and against family's wishes, firing your own father, (supposed) pregnancy, various sexual daliances, divorces from drug-adled exes, threatened tell-alls, heading a world-wide uproar over one exposed mammary gland which had rippling effect on all aspects of the media, bouts with weight and depression...

her eminence was never captivating

Tell that to these people

and them...

and them...

I do believe the standing O was just under a minute

Give her a Behind The Music special

she's had a few of those

Janet not deserving a biopic is your opinion, but it's pretty jacked if you ask me (no pun intended).

Janet being so private, the only way a film would be made is if her next book (if the weight one comes out as planned), would be a biography revealing who she is warts and all. We have hints her life has been topsy turvy since she was little.

If you consider the life of a woman who grew up rich, in a family of celebrated singers, who started acting from a child into her teen years, got married when she was still barely legal (and against her family's wishes), released her first two albums before she could legally drink, and went on to have her own successful career as a celebrated pop icon, who has constantly lived with rumors of is she pregnant?, does she have a kid or not?, how much plastic surgery has she had done?, etc, and who led a massive (albeit unnecessary) uproar over the .5 second baring of her right breast boring, then you must lead the exciting life of an international spy or something.
[Edited 5/5/10 10:54am]

The only interesting thing about Janet's life are the James DeBarge years.

Other than that....it's one big snoozefest.

No drama = No movie.
I bet her life is so interesting. I wish sometimes i could be a little more like her, MINUS the sex! lolol well with sex but only with ONE man.
