Interesting. I've NEVER thought that.....and still don't. of course u had to wander in here to defend Dre's title I never felt that way either but damned if I wasn't up on all those songs Tony posted plus the TLC material.

Dupree is a crack up. He used 2 come 2 industry only events in L.A. with a body guard. He looked like a damn fool with big goof walking in front of him. Nobody really gave a damn.

P.S. I haven't forgotton about you, orgnote-wise. Give me a couple of minutes. Tawk. Don't laugh at my funk

Bow Wow is still around today more like a rookie actor than a rap artist, while Jagged Edge hasn't been seen OR heard from again since their one-hit wonder moment. Even today, listen to the tracks JD produced for Mariah sounds a lot like something he did with Xscape in the 1990's.

I think it's because Mariah and JD are always trying to recapture their 1995 production "Always Be My Baby" and the So So Def Remix, which was the same sorta thing he was doing for Xscape. Manuel Seal on the keys, and JD has 808 kit loaded on the same MPC he's been using since the Kris Kross days. When I heard Mariah resinging "Here We Go" by Run-DMC over that programmed 808 and synth piano... I knew JD was in the house
