The New Air Supply freaking rocks! Thats right the new Air Supply, a band that everyone will say they have no use for but like others in their AC mold, Manilow, Neil Diamond etc..if you name a song they say "oh thats the shit, love that one".
Well the new album hit their website today for sale and on iTunes on their own indie label, enitlted "Mumbo Jumbo" this is their first work as a group on a "complete" album since "across the concrete sky" back in 2003. This album shows Air Supply's edgier sound, this is more of a band sound than the acoustic feel of the last 2 cds and their solo work over the last few years. Amazing production and playing this album is the brainchild of Graham Russell and has been in the works for a few years now and is one of those albums that has to be listened to all the way, def a journey album. First single is "Dance With Me" released to AC radio whereever and whatever the hell that is, that piece shows a full band at work, which has been their touring band the last few tours throughout the world (see the USA isnt the only place to work). Retail outlets like Best Buy have no clue and still dont have the physical cd, and in store when you ask no one knows what you are talking about, maybe if they got rid of the 9000 copies of the new USHER that have mounds of dust on them, or the 5000 copies of Drake that are going nowhere and actually stock a couple of every new release not just marketing to the kids who steal the shit anyway. "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

I'll definitely check it out. I always like to see what "old" artists are doing in the new.
