We can just lock this thread with my post because I took acid with a friend on his birthday, went to a gay club in LA, walked to the back room which is dedicated to lesbians, hear "Don't Wanna Fall in Love" think we're going to hear some great mixin by the DJ, walk in and
SHE IS WITH HER KEYBOARD SINGING THIS SONG! Seriously 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

Then, there is this mix, straight up FUNKY!! Aside from his remix of "Remember The Time", this is Teddy's best mix in my opinion and my favorite. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

A true crossover classic. I think you know the reason why the original ain't posted (I think WMG is a bitch lol)

Now you want to talk about original artists - here's one to talk of! Her 2nd CD is just as amazing as her first one. Warner Brothers screwed her over (like they do lots of artists) but she made three great records (4 if you count the remix CD) and had lots of chicks biting her sound in the 90s.
Here's a good one: http://www.youtube.com/wa...9rCpV71Tyk

You can watch it here: http://music.aol.com/vide...ld/1461463 I prefer the original version aswell. The extended version was released on a 12", but is hard to find as the Teddy Riley remix was alot more popular. Jane Child was quite unique really. As well as being a producer and songwriter, she programmed all those synths and drum machines on her debut by herself, which was not easy in the slightest, compared to today. Amazing production. Her 2nd album was very interesting aswell (if very different from her first). Some newjack off her 2nd album.... That track is not really indicitive of whats on the album LOL
