The Quirky, Jazzy Pop Of XTC ...
(I keep occasionally posting about XTC, 'cause...somebody has to,  )
XTC was known most for for catchy Beatle-esque-Pop, but the tunes that first attracted me were these quirky jazzy pieces that made me look up and go, "who the hell is that"?, ..I love the way they could veer from light pop to dark murky pieces on the same album... They don't actually exist as a band anymore, but I still think they're my favorite Pop group after Steely Dan.....
