or maybe, hayden christensen. he's 29.

He's kinda close, but not exact. I think it would be best if a man who is almost a twin to Bowie played the part.

But still: love @ Hayden. He is just..... mushy

Also, Jude Law would be a good Sting, but not Bowie. shrug

You know what. Maybe, uh?

I've seen Mr. Ifans in a number of movies and this gentleman can change his look, it's freakin' shocking. He has a tendency to plays eccentric scruffy looking guys but I saw him in a movie (title escapes me now) and when he cleans up he's easy on the eye, besides his a good actor.

i've heard of him but have never seen any of his work. From this photo he struck me as being good for playing Tom Petty. Probably the hair.

I was also considering actor William Dafoe can pull it before he gets too old. Similar jawline, hair, features nod

I know that casting the role of Sting was not the point of this thread, but that is a damn fine match.

Velvet Goldmine is brilliant. Bowie hates it though, so Meyers actually playing him instead of sorta-kinda playing him wouldn't fly with Bo, I think.

I always thought that Jude looks like Damon Albarn from Blur and Gorillaz.

Neophyte

I didn't read any of the posts so someone might have already said this, Tilda Swinson (sp?)!

I reckon she could do a convincing performance as a man.
