Then I leave them on the bus




Didn't realize that I didn't have them until I walked into the house.


Stood out there waiting for the bus to come back around and when it did, they were gone

You left all of that on the bus??? Did you have groceries or something? Well hopefully you can replace them and you didn't lose out too much in the money department. Just think....somebody has a great collection of music now...an unintended gift.

I know...not funny. I will have to say that in the 16 years I've lived here and the many bus and train rides I've taken, I've never left anything on the bus...













except my 5 year old son.

Well, I didn't but my niece did. We were coming from the Taste of Chicago and the buses are always packed with too many people. Somehow my son let go of my niece's hand (she was 24) and she got off the bus thinking he was right behind her. When she looked the bus was pulling off and he was staring out of the window. So she had to chase the bus down the street and beat on the side to get the driver to stop. In the years after I bought those wrist leashes made for kids and attached them when I took them to Grant Park. That was too terrifying for me.

Any chance that the driver took them to the depot? What about calling your local police precinct? If I had found them, I would take them to the local precinct (per the law).

It's worth at least a phone call.
