I remember the first time I heard it and heard the laugh on it I thought "OH LAWD WHY IS MADONNA DOING THIS???". It still sounds like her laugh to me. That said, you couldn't escape this song in a gay club, and if you had enough  you just had to partake in its silliness (granted: NOT ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY GO OUT AND BUY THE ALBUM).
