Mariah's 00s albums are better than her 90s albums.

Maxwell is boring, unattractive, and can't sing.

Kurt Cobain is nothing. Awful guitarist, awful vocalist. Just whiny music for rich white kids with money to spare.

Mary J Blige deserves none of the hype, respect and sales she gets. Her battered wife routine is old and tired.

Elvis' voice was nothing special.

Aretha's ego to talent ratio is VERY large.

Diana Ross is a talentless whore.

Michael's lipsynched rehashed performances are the most overrated thing on earth.

Prince's voice is NOTHING to write home about.

Michael was a better melodic writer than Prince.

George Michael trumps them both.

Barbara Streisand is nothing special.

Madonna is the greatest, mosty well rounded artist of all time.

Britney Spears has one of the best pop catalogues of all time.

Dangerous is MJ's best album

Sign o The Times is overrated

I love Diamonds & Pearls

Gaga is a blessing to pop music right now.

Sammy Hagar > David Lee Roth

Billy Joel > Elton John

Biggie > Tupac

McCartney > Lennon

Frank Sinatra is OVERRATED. In fact, I prefer his movies over his music,,,,while we're at it, the Rat Pack is BLAH as well.

Earth Wind & Fire lost the spontaneity after Charles Stepney passed away. Their music became a LIL' too polished after that, not that its a bad thing, but abit of some the raw element can put some edge into your craft.

Slick Rick was and still is the GREATEST storyteller in rap music,,,,I don't wanna hear none of the shit about the rest of those mofos who always get put up on a pedestal.

Dinah Washington is the REAL Queen Of Soul, lets keep it straight goddammit.

James Poyser is the MOST talented one outta those Philly cats,,,FUCK ?uestlove bored2

Other than Lonely Teardrops and Doggin' Around, there's nothing else worth remembering about Jackie Wilson's music except for his showmanship.

Meshell Ndegeocello's music depresses the hell outta me,,,,it ain't even like I haven't tried either.

-The bulk of Madonna's career was built on ripping off other people (both iconic actresses/singers and lesser known artists), gimmicks and shock value instead of true meaning, originality and talent. That said, I still like some of her music lol

-Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis made Janet Jackson's recording career successful. Without them she would only have been as popular in music as her sister Latoya.

-Robin Thicke is a better artist than Justin Timberlake in terms of vocal ability and writing songs.

-New Kids On The Block were better than N'Sync.

-Leona Lewis is boring, unoriginal and a poor man's version of early 90s Mariah Carey.

-Rod Stewart is not a good singer.

I'm ready to be hated on lol cool

Mariah's 00s albums are better than her 90s albums.

(Funny that you would say that.)

Maxwell is boring, unattractive, and can't sing.

(That I don't agree with, BS if you ask me.)

Kurt Cobain is nothing. Awful guitarist, awful vocalist. Just whiny music for rich white kids with money to spare.

( falloff only had one good song with Nirvana.)

Mary J Blige deserves none of the hype, respect and sales she gets. Her battered wife routine is old and tired.

(I will admit, it's really getting stale, but she does deserve respect.)

Elvis' voice was nothing special.

(That, I agree with, all he did was just whitewash and steal black people's songs.)

Aretha's ego to talent ratio is VERY large.

(No comment lol )

Diana Ross is a talentless whore.

(She's actually a nice person, but I do admit, all she did was whore her way to the top.)

Michael's lipsynched rehashed performances are the most overrated thing on earth.

(I'm a very causal fan of his and I believe he was one of the greatest entertainers ever, but even I admit it gets annoying a lot, especially considering how tiring to see moonwalk (a move that was done long before MJ even knew it exist). And on top of that, depite being a one of the GOATs he's, people still typecast him for Thriller, almost like a one-hit wonder. rolleyes )

Prince's voice is NOTHING to write home about.

(His voice is fine, it's not the best, but it's better than most.)

Michael was a better melodic writer than Prince.

(MJ didn't even write many of his own songs, lol and besides, some his songs were a little childish.)

George Michael trumps them both.

( lol falloff spit Yeah the fuck right!!! What has dude been doing the last 10/11 years? His career died a very long time ago.)

Barbara Streisand is nothing special.

(Who? Never heard of her)

Madonna is the greatest, mosty well rounded artist of all time.

( lol falloff spit Her music isn't really special.)

Britney Spears has one of the best pop catalogues of all time.

(She's a hasbeen at this point, and she's not even 30 yet. spit )

Dangerous is MJ's best album

(No, Off The Wall will always be his best, IMO.)

Sign o The Times is overrated

(I always thought Purple Rain was, that or LoveSexy.)

I love Diamonds & Pearls

( highfive )

Gaga is a blessing to pop music right now.

(No really, she's just trying to hard, she wasn't even a thought 2 years ago.)

Sammy Hagar > David Lee Roth

( nod )

Billy Joel > Elton John

(I like both of them equally, but ELton John has more memorble songs.)

Biggie > Tupac

(This, I absolutely agree with, sure Pac was good in his own right, but he really is overrated.)

McCartney > Lennon

( spit No comment)

New Amerykah Part One is far better than Part Two, and is probably Badu's only truly great album.

Nothing Lenny Kravitz has done has ever risen above being competent-but-derivative.

Anyone who makes the case for Gaga being some clever artist making a wry and incisive comment on consumer culture needs to stop deluding themselves and admit that she's a decent pop act, whose marketing happens to be based around cynically rehashing ideas Warhol exhausted in, like, the 70s or something.

Warhol is kind of bollocks, now you mention it.

Susan Boyle isn't a plucky outsider given her rightful due on account of undeniable star quality, she's utterly mediocre bilge for people that don't really like music and need to be told a mile off when and how to emote.

Celine Dion is essentially the same as the above. Just louder.

Sananda/TTD is a better songwriter (and singer) than Prince.

Hell yeah!!!!! He's very underrated also!!!!!

Here's my list

Nas > Jay-z

Jermaine was the best male singer, after MJ, in the family

A Tribe Called Quest > De La Soul and Jungle Brothers

Rakim > 2pac

Beyonce's material has declined over the years

Bobby Valentino's regular voice is very annoying.

Nas probably should have never sign to Def Jam

Ludacris is one of the few southern rappers that sound decent

OutKast hasn't been good since 2001.

Anything interesting Beyonce had to offer as a solo artist had pretty much been exhausted by the time the song/video, Crazy in Love, was through.

But, contrary to popular belief, she is a talented performer in the 'more-entertainer-than-artist' class, and can always be relied upon to put in a solid, workmanlike performance.
