BEST DANCE SONGS of THE LAST 2 YEARS?

I'm looking for specific dance songs that are 'upbeat' but emotional.

I'm NOT looking for artistic achievements here. I'm looking for
something I can play on my iPod while jogging.

Yall know damned well some of you rock it to Shannon's Let the Music Play, or Irene Carra's What A Feelin' , and the updated dance
anthems that have graced the dancefloors of the world since.

MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS!!! woot!

Sorry, but I'm not going to stick to the 2 year thing. A good dance song is good to me regardless of the year:

- For Your Entertainment - Adam Lambert
- Halo (Gomi Club Mix) - Beyonce
- Boom! Boom! Boom! (Cahill Club Mix) - The Black Eyed Peas - Would like it
more without the curse words.
- Grease (Abaribi & Paolo Sandrini Club Mix) - Dab (Feat. Sushy)
- Dancing Machine (Paul Oakenfold Mix) - The Jackson 5
- Fame (The Game) (Ralphi Rosario Club Mix) - Donna Summer
- I'm A Fire (Solitaire Club Mix) - Donna Summer
- Mercy (Gareth Wyn Mix) - Duffy
- No Stress (Anton Wick Remix) - Laurent Wolf (Feat. Eric Carter)
- Mr. Music (Andy's Lovin' Belly Boy Mix) - Donna Summer

Of course, I may add more later (smile) If you need help finding something, let me know!

There has been a bit of return to form for UK dance music the last couple of years after some truly sh*t stuff in the mid noughties...alot of it has gone "underground" again though so you have to work a bit to find it.

Alot of it isn't what I would call upbeat...good for jogging to nonetheless.

Try checking out some of these:-

Deadmau5 - Hi Friend
Deadmau5 - I Remember
J.Malik & Wickaman - Crazy World
Hot Chip - Ready for the Floor
Stu Hirst - Big Rooms Bigger Tunes
Arno Coast - Souvenir
Kaskade - Angel On My Shoulder
Mousa Clark - She Wants Him
Bag Raiders - Fun Punch
Above & Beyond - Tri State
DJ Alex Kidd - Feel This Free

Plus a these more commercial releases:-

Madonna - Celebration
Killers - Mr Brightside (Jacques Le Cont's Thin White Duke remix)
Calvin Harris - I'm Not Alone
Steve Angello feat Robin S - Show Me Love
Robyn - With Every Heartbeat

I love DeadMau5 and Hotchip! love

I liked Celebration--I'm not sure why so many Madonna fans hated it. It sounds a bit like she's catching up to Kylie Minogue, but still catchy.

This is one Madonna fan that loved Celebration...if there's one thing Madge has all done well its dance tracks, Into The Groove, Vogue, Nothing Really Matters, Jump....too many to mention!

I'd say that was more R'n'B or Hip Hop than Dance music....at least from a UK perspective.
