Ya'll funny but Monique Show is really good and more 90's groups are coming as I mentioned in another post Dave Hollister confirmed that Blackstreet will tape an episdoe for May 6th with Teddy Riley, Chauncey Black, Dave Hollister, & new member J-Stylz (Mark Middleton's replacement or Levi Little's depends on how you look at it). Dru Hill will be on next month as well and I mentioned in my long K-Ci & JoJo post they are clean and sober. Why the hate on Jagged Edge they were not drunk why you think they were drunk they are always laid back and chill dudes they didn't act crazy they was joking and having a great time on Monique and I liked when Monique hooked Kyle up with the chick she's good friends with her guests and you can see the chemisty similar to Arsenio Hall. So Yeah I see the similarities with the joking and the chemistry between the host and guests can't say the same for 106 & Park sometimes or Wendy Williams well she had chemistry with Boyz II Men recently & Jaheim I'm talking about Wendy. Maybe Whoppi too.
Monique Show is for the Grown & Sexy but she brings newer acts too Soulja Boy was on there twice haha and Waka Floka Flame will be on their he's tapin his episode today but it won't show today Bobby Ralph & JoHnny already taped theirs March 31 it's just airing today but Waka Floka Flame is taping his today I know he will get some hate on here though if ya'll hate on the R&B acts I mentioned I know Soulja Boy & Waka Floka buts will be chewed out on here haha. But May 6th Blackstreet's taping you can go to Atlanta to be in the audience or just wait a week or so later when it airs also Blackstreet's manager Helen Williams told me on facebook that Blackstreet has a show comin up in my homestate in Alabama May 8th she will ask Teddy for the direct location so if anyone's in the Atlanta area May 6th you can catch the Blackstreet Reunion on Monique or their show and Dave Hollister's first show this year back in Blackstreet in Alabama May 8th should both be good shows even if you don't like Teddy right now he has good music and he will do Guy stuff for Guy fans but he says if Aaron & Damion learn to respect him as a man it will be the Guy/Blackstreet tour he says it's Blackstreet forever and won't give them up for Guy but he's open to being in both groups at the same time so you'll either get both Guy & Blackstreet or just Blackstreet it's up to Aaron & Damion he says we shall see. He apologized for harsh comments but he was hurt after the Blast from The Past Show but he says he'll be open if they act right and respect Blackstreet as well because Teddy, Aaron, Chauncey, Big Bub, & Bernard Belle Regina Belle's brother sang background on Bobby Brown's My Prerogative yep Teddy & Chauncey been tight since the late 80's they met when Chauncey audtioned to be Guy;'s background singer and joined in on background when they sang background on My Prerogative. After Bobby agreed to record it he felt it needed a fifth background singer and told Chauncey to get on with him, Teddy, Aaron, Big Bub, & Bernard Belle. You can clearly hear Teddy on the record and Aaron's vocals stand out and you can hear Chauncey a bit too and Big Bub & Bernard on there too.

As for Silk all five are back together they have their own label Silk Ent and are working on a new album and Lil's G is back along with John-John, Big G, Jimmy, & Timzo. They like fellow group Dru Hill will work with Keith Sweat on their new album and I think they will be featured on Keith's new album like they were on Keep It Comin'. They also working with the crew they had success with Keith Sweat, Delite (My Body for LSG, If You, Meeting In My Bedroom, Let's Make Love etc for Silk, Crazy for K-Ci & JoJo, I think they are working with Mike City and writing themselves also Link who co-wrote with Delite.

Ralph,Johnny,and Bobby(Heads of State) weren't bad
at all. I actually dig this trimmed down threesome versus having all six on stage and you have to try to keep up with who's singing lead. Don't laugh at my funk

I just finished watching the show. It wasn't bad, but @ the ego-trippin that was going on. Monique was too nice to Bobby and Johnny. Bobby you did not make New Edition. They were successful after you left-I mean got kicked out. Remember N.E. Heartbreak? Yes, you are irreplaceable and that's not necessarily a bad thing because you are too crazy and arrogant for your own good. I can't believe another broad was foolish enough to let him knock her up with an ugly ass baby.
Johnny, you ain't fooling nobody. Come out of the closet already. Everybody knows that you're not going to marry your girlfriend-er-beard. Am I the only one that thought it was interesting that the group needed background singers? I guess Ralph and Bobby both need voice lessons because their voices have gotten worse. I liked the show, but I hope that the Heads of State will let go of their egos and hook up with B.B.D. again. I saw B.B.D. on Unsung, and they seemed to be humble and down to earth. They were more succssful than their bandmates after the split, so that attitude is refreshing.

As far as Johnny goes,i could care less whether he is gay or not i'm just about the music. BBD was more successful than the rest of the guys after the split? Really? They had one hit album and one hit single on the followup and they were done. The other 3 guys have been successful for at least 2 solo albums and had the more recognizable hits. You will certainly hear more Heads of the State on classic radio than BBD. Don't laugh at my funk

I don't care about Johnny's sexuality either. He just annoyed me because Monique didn't even ask him if he's a DL brotha and he went off on a tangent anyway. He also gave himself away during the VH1 show because he was wearing pink and acting flamboyant. Just shut up and sing already. Ralph Tresvant did an interview with some magazine several years ago. According to him, BBD was really successful because black and white folks loved them. The Heads of State fans are mostly black. The singles from Ralph's first album only get played on radio rarely. Bobby could've been a crossover success, but his craziness and drug problems probably turned white folks off. Johnny was successful before he joined the group, so he doesn't count. I just don't understand why Bobby and Ralph feel like they're better than BBD because when was the last time they put out a solo platinum-selling album? [Edited 4/13/10 23:12pm]

I guess that you misunderstood my post. I'm going by what Ralph said in the interview. All of the members of NE have been sucessful, but Ralph said that BBD was successful because they were able to crossover. It took Bobby awhile to become a crossover success and he ruined it because he's crazy. In my opinion, Johnny has the best career, but he was successful even before he joined NE, so he doesn't count. He also hasn't really been able to crossover. He mostly has a supportive black audience, like Ralph and Bobby. Why are you mentioning the UK when I'm referring to America? I'm going by what Ralph said in the interview, so what's the problem?
