How can we compare the 2? Dick had a "friendlier" personality than Don, but Don had the voice that drove women crazy.

Both are legends. I'd leave it at that.

I like both.

They're both terrible interviewers, but I'd rather talk to Dick myself. Listening to Don talk is like watching paint dry.

Both men gave us shows that were accepted by everybody. I love watching classic American Bandstand as much as I love watching classic Soul Train. Hell we need to be lucky classic ST is seen on TV in some format, we hardly see classic AB anymore.

I can't remember the last time I saw either of these dudes but if they had something worthwhile to say, I'm sure I would have remembered. The last time I saw Soul Train,,,Shemar Moore was hosting.

Lee King from our local dance show "Black Gold". He was much hipper than Don and used to dance with the dancers.
