Those songs "Nothing" and "Make me" didn't even debut on the chart based off her name alone. So she's obviously not going to get a hit anytime soon. I think she should do something unexpected. Maybe, a rock album. That would be cool!

And those 3 movies didn't go #1 because of Janet. I don't think she's a big box office draw. Poetic Justice most likely did well because of her (she was in her peak commercially) but NP II was a sequel and WDIGM is a Tyler Perry movie. Janet's focusing on movies because she wants to act more. That's all. She's working on more films now and soon will portray her idol - Eartha Kitt.

I still can't believe how identical she sounds to michael when singing this way, it's hard to believe it's the same woman using the soft whispery vocals. I seriously believe she hides this voice of hers to avoid michael comparisons. I heard this voice on her recent tour during black cat, but with Scream I was just like WOW
