After having the song on repeat for three straight days in hopes of falling in love, I have decided this song is shit. It is such a let down, I thought she was done trying to fit into the mainstream. no I don't expect her to abandon pop, I just wanted her to do it her own way. damn right she's not herself tonight, she's never this boring.

The problem is her voice and the music don't go together. She's obviously biting off Britney and Gaga trying to score a hit but her pipes aren't meant for the electronic sound. This might rise swiftly on radio due to hype but my prediction is it'll soon crash and burn afterward. It's just so cluttered and all over the place. You can't even dance to it.

Stay in your lane Christina. You can sing your ass off. Be the vocalist you was meant to be and leave this genre alone.

Nah, she can pull it off. I think the problem is the song lol
I mean this thang is fantastic:

What are you deaf? That shit is a mess. She's not meant for those beats.

disbelief ill
She is truely manifesting her absurd talent in the worst of ways.
She could have been so great...

Sounds like a song from GaGa's vault lol lol (Hell, she must have one, any average musician could make thousands of those looped cheap sounding electro songs mad mad

I absolutely love the new single, and as a huge Christina fan, I can't wait for the album. I hope there's more upbeat, techno stuff like this. smile

I don't know what ya'll are smoking, but I loved this song at first listen. And I think Christina's voice fits perfectly on it.

And Lady Gaga is copying Madonna and Britney. I hear more Michael Jackson in this new Christina song than Lady Gaga, Madonna, or Britney.

anyone find it funny how people used to criticize Gaga for copying Christina? oh how the tables have turned. Gaga's not only caught up with Christina, but fully passed her in the race. Her strong self identity and artistry has prevailed.

Still don't like it and while I won't compare it to Gaga, it just sounds like everything that she claimed she wasn't gonna sound like. Oh well, just hope her next song she releases is better. shrug

You all are crazy. The new single sounds NOTHING like Britney or Lady Gaga.

I thought Prince fans were more rational than this?

Doesn't really sound like Gaga to me, but you really can't hear how this sounds a lot like something off Britney's Blackout? And that it's a really bad match for her voice.

That's what I'm saying. Her voice is too strong and soulful for the electro-pop sound. I don't know how their ears aren't pickin it up. She shouldn't be singing over the same dance-beats as Britney, Gaga, Rihanna. That isn't her avenue. She is primarily a balladeer.

Love the new song! and one thing to be said about Christina, none of her albums sound alike. Stripped, Back to Basics, and now Bi-on-ic all have completely different sounds, and I LOVE that in an artist...when they're willing to try something different. Can't wait till the album drops...

Yup, although I do have to say it's getting kind of annoying - I got it at first, but at this point it sounds so forced, idk shrug

I have high hopes for this album. She better delivers.

One thing you can never take from Ms. Aguilera is that she does have a voice and she does have potential to do something great but this doesn't really cut as anything memorable. This song is one of her low points. I heard it again the other night, I still didn't get nothing out of it. It's not awful but it's not good either.

I love her voice regardless lol
I'm just having trouble keeping up with the song. There is so much going on it's hard to focus on one thing. I do like it a bit more now but I'm still confused confuse And don't get me started on the damn, cheesy, clichéd lyrics neutral

More I hear it, it reminds me of "Sexy Back" musically, and in a way, lyrically. Then again I wasn't so fond of "Sexy Back" either. lol
