This is way overdue. Funny how Suge basically took Danny under his wing when he was a young teenager yet it took Death Row getting sold before he ever got to release anything.

Yeah Suge really fucked his career over. He was on American Idol a while back, but was forced off the show due to having a prior recording contract if I recall correctly.

I loved Danny Boy back in the day, but then again I was all about Death Row in my youth.

Danny Boy's mistake was that he signed with Death Row.

Nate Dogg dropped an album on Death Row, in 1998. At that time, Dre had left starting his own label, Snoop was with No Limit, Pac was gone, Kurupt started his own label.

Nate did, it was recorded on Death Row but released elsewhere. Called "G-Funk Classics 1 & 2" and has some great songs on it like "Me & My Homies" with 'Pac, a bunch of stuff with Daz and Kurupt, etc. It's really good, I remember buying it in like '99 or so.

yeah, I 've heard about it and if I find it I will buy it.
But Nate should've released something on death row around 94-96 is what I meant.
And for Danny Boy he should've had an album in the 90's really. He is a really talented singer, and I really liked his style, Come When I Call, Slip N Slide these still get played by me. And his appearances on All Eyez On Me are classic. I'll buy this album if only to support him even though I know most of the money will go to Death Row anyway.

I thought I heard that name before LOL

I always loved the hook on this. Very catchy. 'pac and Big Daddy Kane slaughter the Hammer LOL. The album was poor for the most part, but I genuinely think this could of been a big hit at the time.
