The Tracklist says it all, and "Naughty Girl" uses a sample from Vanity6's "Make up".

It seems that our Purple Rain inspired Wifebeater Chris Brown is behind this.

I've never seen a more direct ripoff,.. but the first track I just started listening sounds LOVELY. I'm lovin' it despite the added rap in the beginning and the autotune nonsense.

This might give a few further clues.

It sounds sexy and light. Nice.

Oh okay, I get it now.

Apparently a few Prince-style songs by the above group, Electric Red, were taken off their upcoming album. They were used for this Nikki 16 -project. The rapping / toasting voices are just from the mixtape and won't be on the final product.

Despite being cheap and sort of embarrasing, it sounds like one of the best Prince ripoff projects I've heard.

Nikki 16 are the new Vanity 6.
And Electrik Red are the new Mary Jane Girls
