Yes, lawd!!! I did a post her about a year ago....I dig the Chaka Khan Rufus feel- but her mother was Paulette McWilliams, the original singer for Rufus (she gave Chaka her blesing to take her place in the group) Love the whole album, everyone was on this project-- Clare Fischer, Bobby Watson and Tony Maiden of Rufus, Lalomie Washburn, Billy Preston, Frank McComb, Larry Dunn and Al McKay from Earth Wind and Fire....the list goes on... BTW, I uploaded this tune on youtube, from her third album, Starlite Lounge ...
