Has anyone been watching this season? This may actually be thee WORSE season of them all. The judges have lost all credibility with their comments and the singers are not very good. I'll bet Paula is somehere laughing herself 2 sleep.

I totally agree. This is the worst season since Taylor won. I see potential in a few (like 2 or 3) of the people, but the rest can go home.

When the 70's rock guy was voted out, I quit the show. I had planned on giving it up this year anyway, but stuck around for the auditions. Then I stuck around for Ellen, and as much as I have loved her since day one, it didn't do it for me on A.I. I was pretty much over it at that point.

It's dead in the water.

That's how the Republicans are taking over. Care about American Idol or Kate Gosselins sex life and they can put Sarah Palin next to the red button. Good going popular culture.

For me season 3 overall had the worse singers

I watched since the start of this show and it is the worst season. I hope this is the last too , they may continue without simon but I won't be watching. I'm barely watching this season.

I actually like a few of the girls this year. Siobhan, Didi, and Crystal are quite good.

This is by far the worst season. It's so funny becasue in the first few live shows, the judges kept saying "OMG, BEST SEASON EVER." And then you listen to these fools and it makes you wonder if you're listening to the same people. It's so bad.

They said that last year too, this show was over about five years ago, when Taylor beat Katharine Mcphee, this is when i thought the show should be cancelled or at least changed, and not let "people" vote,the fact that a "lounge singer/elvis impersonator/leno look alike" beat a real singer that has about the best vocals in the business is sad.

But I must admit, It's much easier to watch and tolerate without Paula!

This is definately the worst season ever. How the hell did Andrew Garcia get into the top 12?! The girl who was eliminated from the first live show [thank god] her singing was sooo annoying. I think the judges let a lot of good singers slip thru the net during the auditions. The only one that I like is Siobhan. I do not like Kara and Ryan Seacrest is too cocky and acts as if he is the best TV host ever. Wrong!

I find it incredibly obscene that Ryan Seacrest got a contract for $45 million (!) to host for 3 years and most of the actual talent on the show isn't going to get 1 percent of that amount. The whole set-up is so degrading and after jumping through so many hurdles to finally 'win', you might get a gold record and be dropped after 12 months. I really think there's something wrong with putting kids as young as 16 through that experience.
