Kool & The Gang (post-JT)

I've referred to the pre-JT period (1969-1978 in terms of records) as being my favorite regarding Kool & The Gang material.
Here's a few recently posted clips of a post-JT era group (year 2000 concert) playing some of their classic instrumental tunes.

...Kool & The Gang

...Wild And Peaceful

...Sea of Tranquility (the vocals were not a part of the original 1969 recording)

...Raw Hamburger / Chocolate Buttermilk

...Let The Music Take Your Mind

Love the augmented horn section and the use of 2 drummers.
The trumpet player who takes the muted trumpet solo during Wild And Peaceful appears to be Michael Ray who also played with Sun Ra!

cool I love it, love it, love it. Summer Madness is one of my many favorite
Kool & The Gang songs, only thing missing is the vocal intro.
