I seriously need to get some of her recordings! I love the song "Don't Let It Go To Your Head" I guess I'll start with a few of her late 70s albums.

Here's Jean's biggest smash it!

I LOVE JEAN CARNE!!! I didn't discover her until late (1986) when she of course had her biggest hit with "Closer" and on that same album, recorded the most amazing version of "Everything Must Change" I have ever heard! Jean definately never received the props she so clearly deserved. I talked to someone who knows her and he told me she's always had poor manangement and that's why she never received that big break. But, what an absolutely amazing voice she has!!!

LOVE ME some Jean! I didn't discover her either until "Closer Than Close" and then I worked it back into her older repertoire. Since then, I've been hooked! The lady got MAJOR pipes! Gotta love her 4 THAT! MMPH!

My favorites are "Don't Let It Go To Your Head" and "Was That All It Was".

Bought this when vacationing in San Francisco. Great songs, from two fantastic albums. Check out "Bet Your Lucky Stars", and "Catching Up To Do".
