That person is a HE who got surgically and legally reassigned to be a She for his own mental health and societal acceptance. Chicks don't come with Y chromosomes, dicks and prostrates. Dudes dont' come with fallopian tubes, milk ducts, and uteruses. Males and females are different and it is so in virtually every species on this planet.

It's all fine to insinuate that feminine and masculine and gender are just a state of mind or societal construct but the fact is there are women, there are men and there are people who don't feel right in their own skin. This is how most people view the issue. Nadia has not said he was born with any kind of birth defect as far as I know. I'm sure when Nadia is in social settings he is addressed as she and it's all good and appropriate but since the snitch aint here.....we call her dude!
