This may be just my opinion, but here it goes....

When she made that derogatory comment about the Jacksons, it was briefly mentioned by media than quickly "swept under the rug."

Is she that much of an American sweetheart?

Okay I missed that part. What happened?

She got offended because people were saying that her family business was similiar to how the Jacksons' got into the business. She said that she came from an upper-middle family. Her parents didn't use her to get "out of the gutter" like Joe and Katheryn did.

Bullshit. She flat out says, "I wrote this song....." She even said that recently in a concert about "Irreplaceable" or "Single Ladies" - neither of which she fucking wrote. Lyin' ass bitch. Even the MFing wiki page on "Irreplaceable" doesn't say anything about her writing it; rather she wanted to change vocal arrangements, add drums, and sing the chorus higher. That's not writing. Ne-Yo was going to make it into a country track, although it was originally written from a male perspective.

She's just so full of shit.

Well, it is a lot of producing, just no songwriting

But she doesn't even do that. If you listen to many of the demos that are available of the songs that she sings, she does it the EXACT same way it was originally sung. There are no changes whatsoever. Skeri Hilson also called her out on this. But she still gets to slap her name on music that she didn't write or produce.

I always thought that this was a smart move on Papa Knowles' part. There's not that much money in singing the song. The most money comes from writing the song. I didn't have a problem with it until the bitch walked home with a "Songwriter Of the Year" grammy. WTF?

Ne-Yo called her out on that and was about to sue her for Irreplaceable as well which explains why they haven't worked together since B'Day...

Lyrically, Ne-Yo said Bey didn't provide ANY of the lyrical content. He then tried to save her and say that she helped create the melody to the track.

Didn't some B-Jean girl or whatever her name is wrote that song, and her people paid her $100,000 for it. Something like that was posted here last year. She's an up and coming artist.

also, the jackson family comment was so out of pocket. she needs to keep her mouth shut w/ all the drama surrounding her shady father. no no no!

I remember reading that, and it surprised me she said that, considering MJ spoke so highly of her and Kelly. I read somewhere that he had the hots for them. Don't know how true it is. Did he or one of the Jacksons say or did something to piss her off? I wonder. She just came out of left field with that one.

No she said it in response of being compared to the Jacksons

Beyonce is talking about her family upbringing and why the Knowles are NOT the Jacksons in the new OK! magazine:

“I grew up upper-class. Private school. My dad had a Jaguar,” she recalls. “We’re African-American and we work together as a family, so people assume we’re like the Jacksons. But I didn’t have parents using me to get out of a bad situation.”

That interview could have been more tactful, even if it's true about the Jacksons. That last line was definitely shock value eek

I remember when that came out. "My dad had a Jaguar", sounds like something a 12 year-old would say. She has nerve talking about the Jacksons with her daddy's pimp game

nod how the hell would she like it if someone talked bad bout her father?

Matthew Knowles foolishly has an illegitimate love child just like Joe Jackson, which ruined their "loving tight family" images. Maybe Beyonce is seriously upset about that just like Michael was, so who knows how she would feel.

But still, she probably learned not to publicly comment about other families. She received backlash, so she most likely will not go that route again.
