The Cars The Ramones The Clash Fishbone Bad Brains Cheap Trick Nine Inch Nails Rage Against The Machine Yeah, how the hell I could forget Rage Against The Machine & NIN? Definitely, my bad. You could tell both were influenced by the funk, especially Rage. George even said himself he thought they had sampled something, but it was all live. I hope they get back in the studio and quick...The system's so crazy now, you know they'll have alot to talk about. KORN are one of my faves as well. The 90s weren't that bad compared 2 what came after... [Edited 2/22/10 20:05pm] Exiles of the Nation

In terms of rock its tough i would say the Beatles but i cant pick someone i didnt live through as a favorite of anything, one of the best, but they were already over when i was born.
In my time Inxs (though some regard them as "dance" or "Pop") U2 Bon Jovi Styx Queen Van Halen Cheap Trick Chicago Heart Aerosmith this list is not in order though "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

My favourite current Rock band is DOWN:
It's a band from New Orleans, ft Phil Anselmo (ex-Pantera singer) and a few others from the NO rock scene. Heavy, yes, Metal, no. More in the vein of Black Sabbath than Pantera. From the past, my favourite Rock album has to be: Shame it was also the last decent thing GnR did! Fave rock bands: AC/DC Aerosmith Led Zeppelin Black Sabbath Sex Pistols (yes, very much a Rock band, IMHO) This is not an exit

AC/DC is my favorite.
Guns N' Roses is my second. & there's only one true GN'R. The day Axl gets his pompus ego out of the way and quits shoving this chemistery challenged circus act by the contractual name "Guns N' Roses" down out throats is the day i'll become tolerant of his doings. As of right now
Old: Jimi Hendrix Experience Led Zeppelin The Doors (Not really "Rock" imo more of a fusion of blues) New: (Rock/Punk) Scary Kids Scaring Kids Pathway To Providence Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.
