Harlepolis

Truly, one of the GREATEST guitar solos ever caught on record.

Somebody said from a PBS documentary(about George Clinton) that Eddie was crying his heart out through those strings, I really can't describe a more eloquent sentiment coz thats exactly how it feels to me.

He reminds me of Santana in the sense that BOTH musicians treated their instruments as individuals that could sing for them, as opposed to "objects".

nod George asked Eddie to think of the saddest thing he could possibly think of (his mother dying) and play it through his guitar.

I heard "King Heroine" by JB, the other night and I just thought I was too high as hell because I kept saying I heard "Maggot Brain" but now that I just listened to Maggot Brain again, I realize that I was NOT that damn high!

I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.
