I don't know if they altered her so much as altered the video to fit in standard definition. It looks like it was originally shot in HD and compressed for regular TV because it appears that all of the people in the video look altered. Having said that, this is a really nice song. My only problem is why does she sound so sped up in the vocal mix?? Listening to it again, it's because of the 2005 lyrical arrangment and JD's lame ass same ass production that just makes me not like it. Even the fake gospel ending does not do it for me.
