I tried to find the earliest version by Brother Ray(By the time he recorded it, he was with ABC records if I'm not mistaken, right?).
Speaking of which, I recently found out that it was performed originally by his Atlantic collegues 10 years earlier. And a KICK ass version by the Divine Sassy... If I'm not mistaken, from the Quincy Jones produced album from 1962 | |
