And who does he believe should be profiting instead? Is Katherine's allowance not enough to support his unhealthy eating habbit? Well I guess an allowance meant for an old lady and 3 kids does wear a bit thin when its stretched between a grumpy old man, his 7 children, their brats and then all their baby mammas as well. That's gotta be rough. Poor Randy.

Some of the third generation blog about their uncle
Taj "After this, we're doing films."
Sunday, January 10, 2010 at 12:00AM Those were the final words my uncle Michael would ever say to me. It was at the end of our family day at a Beverly Hills Indian restaurant. While I was saying my goodbyes to the rest of my family, I went up to my uncle and hugged him. I told him that I loved him and that I was proud of him and proud to be his nephew. I also said I would see him soon because I was planning to go to the UK to see his shows. He responded by saying that he loved me more. He then paused, looked me straight in the eyes and said, "after this, we're doing films." That was our master game plan. You see, my uncle had another huge passion besides music... that was film directing. We would always talk about making films together, me and him, we were going to be a 1-2 Jackson power combo. That's what I loved about my uncle. You truly believed like you could do anything when you were with him. He made you feel like that. He was so inspirational. Since he's been gone, a huge hole exists for me. One that can never be filled. An emotional, spiritual, and mental hole. The only thing that helps, is knowing that I am doing exactly what he would want me to do. Doing what he taught me to do…. and that's film. And that's why Code Z is so important to me. It's about a promise. A promise to direct films. A simple promise that I made to my uncle, who was and always will be the greatest. I know someone could say that Code Z is just a zombie series. But it's much more than that too. It's the official start to my film career... when I finally stopped talking about it and started doing it. I really want to thank all of you for helping me keep that promise. Taj Austin I wanted to write this blog to basically thank all of you for your many messages of condolences to me and my family. Im sorry I havent been able to write any of you back but you must understand to even talk about what just happen still breaks my heart. My Uncle doo doo was more than a uncle to me he was my hero, my mentor, my friend, my inspiration. Everything I know and do was and has been guided by him whenever I was sad and didnt wanna go on he would tell me to develope rhinoceros skin because the best is yet to come. He never wanted me or any of my cousins to be anything less than perfect because he knew since he set the path with his genius we were gonna be judged in a hard way but his attitude and message was WORK no matter what do your best. Words cant even describe the type of loving memories he has giving me from letting me fly across the world during school to go on the history tour because I called crying saying how much I missed him, him teaching me how to drive at age 9 at neverland and me running all over his plants and grass and him laughing screaming, "doo doo stop eating dirt" or Just driving up to Neverland to have dinner followed by a water balloon fight he gave me the most magically childhood. Just 3 weeks ago we were talking and I said to him, "Thankyou doo doo Ive never told you this but you have given me the best memories of my life" His Response was with excitement, "REALLY oh bless your heart applehead." Totally surprised thats the type of person he was he never did things because he was trying to change your life he truly just wanted to make anyone and everyone who was close to him happy. I wanna believe this is all a bad dream and I wake up and call him and we talk about whatever random thing we always did but this is the horrible reality of life. He will always be with me in my heart I love him with all my soul and I CANT WAIT to see him again. My main obligation now is to give his children my little cousins the love, care, and joy he gave me for the rest of their life.
TJ Proud to be his nephew. His love was incredible. Pure Gold..... I miss you so much "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Next issues for the Jackson 5 in 2010 The French magazine Vibrations proposes in its issue of December / January 2009, an interview with Harry Weinger, responsible of the Motown reissues. The latter refers to the future projects of the firm, including a Live At The Forum! Vibrations Magazine : Could you talk about the unreleased songs by the Jackson 5 which are still sleeping in the vaults?
Harry Weinger : (He takes out a CD stack from the drawer: Jackson 5 Rare Number 1, Jackson 5 Rare Number 2, Jackson 5 Live At The Forum) : The Corporation made, with the Jackson 5, a superb cover version of "Mama Told Me Not To Come ", a song which, at that time, was competing with a song by the Jackson 5 for the top of the charts. "Mama Told Me Not To Come" is very touching because it tells the story of kids who are at a party they should not be, and then someone tells them a dirty thing: "We have stolen your keys! You can't go! " And the boys lament: "My mother will kill me, I habe to go home, Mama told me not to come." "Mama Told Me Not To Come" spotted number 1 which was formerly by "The Love You Save" by the J5, hence the idea of them recording a cover version. I mentioned "If I Can not Nobody Can not" part of the tracks that have filtered from internet before I was in charge. "Would You Would You Baby" which is in the vaults under a different title, "Love Trip", "Making Life A Little Easier For You", another song from The Corporation. There is also a cover of "What's So Good About Goodbye" sung originally by the Miracles. On our CD I Want You Back! Unreleased Masters there is a song titled "Love Call", for which we also have another version with the same instrumental, but with completely different lyrics, and re-recorded a few months later when Michael's voice was being transformed, which probably explains it was never released. This version is incredible, but we had to make a choice for the CD and our small committee chose the first version of "Love Call". Next year, maybe we will release an expanded version of the CD and we'll put the second version of "Love Call" for people to compare. As for the "Live At The Forum", there are two shows, recorded in 1970 and 1972, which are quite different. In 1970, the songs were longer, the group talked between songs, they last night, while in 1972 they had more hits like "Sugar Daddy" or "Mama's Pearl" and Michael sang his own songs, along with Jermaine. With all that work done to her face, it would have been horribly noticeable up front. Look at that picture. Besides, that photo looks like the early 80s, when her nose still looked kinda normal. She could have been a model. I've read that the cosmetic company Max Factor was asking her to model for them in 1981, but she turned them down, to sing. datdude said: lowkey said: some of you mj fans hatred for his family is ridiculous, yall dont care who gets rich off mj's death, long as it aint his blood relatives right i agree Lowkey, some of these mofos are so ridiculous! but the thing is, randy's anger is misplaced. his brother set up the trust, he designated the executors, and put a caveat in his will that if any of the heirs challenged his wishes, they would be cut out of it. if he's mad that other people are making money off of the estate, as opposed to the family, that's on mj, not branca or mcclain. as far as aeg/phillips/ortega are concerned, they invested millions in mj's concerts and they deserved to recoup their investment. and it could be a while before katherine sees any money. katherine is entitled to receive 40% of the profits from the estate, but who knows when profits will be generated given the enormous debts on mj's estate? the executors have a duty to settle mj's debts first, under the law, not dole out money to katherine. it's looking more like mj set up his trust to operate more like the kennedy family trust, i.e., it will not dissolve when the children reach legal age but instead be administered over the course of generations by executors who will dole out disbursements to the heirs at their discretion. at the time of ted kennedy's death, he was still receiving money from the trust that his father had established in the 1920s. jfk only received some of the principal that was in his allotment when he turned 21; the rest of his life he was given an allowance. so katherine (and the kids and charities) might only receive their money in accordance with what the executors decide. again, who's 'fault' is that? moreover, sadly, katherine's not even getting the $26K she petitioned for because it's going to pay an $8 million judgment against her (and joe and jermaine). even if the estate gave her a lump sum disbursement, that money's going to pay that judgment first. long story short, randy can be upset all he wants, but this situation was set up by mj directly, and by katherine herself indirectly since she has to pay her own debts. those people weren't obligated to show up at murray's arraignment; is he mad at janet as well?
