if you give your consent to a doctor for a procedure, any procedure, whatever the risk, that does not mean he gets to behave in a negligent manner and use as an excuse your 'consent' to absolve himself of responsibility if he behaves in a manner which increases your risk of danger, rather than mitigate it.

hell, open heart surgery is a risky operation, but people give their consent to it everyday. they do it because they trust that the doctor is going to be doing his job. if the doctor fucks up due to their own avoidable negligence, you better believe he will be sued and possible have his license revoked.

murray is going down. he puts his greed above his ethics, and if he did it with mj, there's nothing to say he wouldn't do it again. good riddance to him.
