I've always dug Gary Grainger's bass line on the intro of "In The Pocket".
The "Come Go With Us" LP is my fav-O-rite, Albert McKinney vocals were on point. Elusive Lady One Day at a Time Pasado Come Go with Me In the Pocket

I remember posting In the Pocket back in October and
got no responses i guess because maybe a lot of orgers weren't familiar with them. They had some good songs but no major breakthrough hits. Yes that opening bassline will give you the stank face. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

I'm familiar with them I think one of the guys in EW&F (Verdine White?) produced their firsrt album,if I'm not mistaken. But yeah, they are a 70s band that most people aren't aware of.

Verdine White produced the "Come Go With Us" & "So Delicious" albums. I still remember my older brother buying the single off the former.
