COVERS where they BUTCHER the lyrics? I've heard them countless times. cover songs where artists inadvertantly flub a line. or they add or rearrange lines to try and make it better. but im sure probably back in the day they didnt have "proper" access to the lyrics sheet. one of my major pet peeves is what TROOP did to J5'S "All I Do Is Think Of You". J5 SINGS " Your'e fine in every way" TROOP sings " My hear is here to stay"

Alicia Keys covered The Fray's how to save a life and changed the line from that song that I love.
Original "and I pray to god against you" I love this line cause it conveys a frustration so big you would do anything to hurt them like praying to god against them.
