I need help finding a song..

It is a song that makes fun of the city of Rome and it's residents, with translated lyrics, saying something like "Rome is full of idiots". It also compares Rome to another city, but I forget what it was. Maybe Turin, or Perugia or something like that.

I recall it being sung by an italian male singer, who was popular maybe during the 60's and 70's and the style is 60-70's pop, evergreen sort of stuff.
