Courtney Love has again taken to Twitter, this time to rant about her plans to sue the mother and sister of Love's late husband Kurt Cobain over custody of daughter Frances Bean.

Using the new Twitter handle CourtneyLoveUK, the Hole frontwoman insisted: "this s--t with the bean needs to be exposed for what it is right f--king NOW enough."

Love, 45, also wrote (spelling and grammar hers): "they squeesed my bank accounts so that they were frozen because they know im going to sue the holy s--t out of them and now are … crocodiling my kid whose better than this seriously she was raised too well to be bought," referring to her daughter's grandmother, Kimberly Dawn Cobain, and aunt Wendy O'Connor.

Love, 45, has a temporary restraining order against her that prevents her from contacting her 17-year-old daughter.

Another Tweet from Love proclaims: "im severely lonely without my best friend and no am not on drugs BTW."

I don't understand why all parties just don't wait till the girl turns 18 and can legally choose who she wants to live with. That poor girl, she's like a pendulum.

Rumor has it that Courtney gave Frances a beat down and had to be removed from the home. Courtney should not be looking at her kid as her best friend. That is her child.

c lo is too wrapped up in being a celebrity, name dropping famous "friends" (whom she's never actually seen out and about with), and planning her come back (the record actually is super f'n good!!). she needs to let her kid be away for a bit so both ladies can figure out what they want. c's top priority right now is NOT parenting, its music.

Her top priority was never parenting. She really does love her kid, I guess, but she is not the best 'rent.

^manipulation is a powerful tool. It can always be held over the poor woman's head at a later date. Everyone wants to look like they "care" bout Bean.

When you have a sorted reputation as Ms. Love ( got the name right) it's very easy to think the worst and assume she's in the wrong. Having said that....

It maybe Ms. Love may have told her kid (she's still a kid) no about something or other and the kid, ran to her extended family. Manipulation can go both ways. Just a thought....
