i like Lara Fabian and i think it's a nice cover. kind of haunting. she almost sounds like Sarah Mclachlan here. which makes it almost too depressing to listen to at the moment. lol. i like Sarah, but in small doses. Lara has a good strong voice for most of what i've heard from her. and at times was compared to Celine Dion; but i think this song is a signature song for Annie and any remake of it would be a bit lacking. Annie's voice is so full and soulful on the original after hearing it, you better do it just as well or better. if not, leave it alone.
