Someday perhaps it will be known more widely then, if that story is true. And of course we'd already know her name because there are only a few women in that category, and they've continued to perform in Elvis-related shows, make appearances at Elvis-related events, and respond to interviewers, without ever alluding to any affair or house, AFAIK. I can see why someone might do that, however I remain cautiously skeptical.

Oh (edit) I just saw your reference to married men. Elvis wasn't married for most of the period where he had 'black backup singers', and even when he was married he didn't take the type of precautions of which you are speaking.
