Do you think Monica can make a comeback? I saw her reality show and was impressed with her, how grounded she is and she can actually sing. I hope she can make a comeback, but not so sure she can pull it off. What do you say? "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries." | |

I don't think she can make a BIG comeback. I think she will manage to sell a decent amount of records, but her days as a pop/r&b princess are over. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

Think about it. It's not about talent. It's about having a hot track. With her having so many issues and not really constantly releasing material, she's been pushed out of the way. The making of "Still Standing" was broadcast 11 months ago. Her comeback doesn't seem to be taking advantage of the momentum of the reality show. | |

I don't even think the record company has issued a single yet. They are still playing her duet with Keyshia Cole on the radio. I just think that the television show has both fans and sorta-fans attention. But they aren't moving any products along with it. | |

I think it also has to bad representation. Her management has done a terrible job of representing her. They need to place her with producers and writers that can get her away from the "I'm a Survivor", mentality. Give her material that will get people into the clubs and not on a psych's couch. She is a MUCH better singer than people give her credit for, but with the type of shit that she is doing, you would never know. I agree about the management. She said on the show that her aunt was her manager. She used to work for Bell Helicopter (I think that was the place). Anyway, she had NO management experience or entertainment experience. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-
