I know this thread is basically asking for eras but someone has to explain something to me...Is this real? It was taken sometime in 2008 I believe and I hope to God it's photoshopped.

A good portion of the pics are damn near replicas and some are very similar with a few minor differences here and there. If you're trying to imply most of Madonna's looks in those videos are her own idea and don't match the comparisons, then you're just a blind fan She clearly had an obsession with imitating other female icons in music and movies.

Now I'm not saying she didn't pull them off very well, as there are several looks that I feel suited her quite well, but most are certainly taken from other female icons.

In regard to that horrible pic taken in 2008, I am not sure if it is real or not to be honest. It could be but I HOPE it's not though!

I never get the Madonna looks bashing? I am a woman and can see that she is a beautiful woman. She has had better periods, but overall, this woman looks great in any era.

I think the main reason why someone might bash her looks is because they just don't like her. I don't understand how someone could think she's "ugly"...

I think the vids are very weak, sure we all know her looks are very influenced by golden age hollywood, but this video suggests wearing sunglasses is a rip off.

S3e was beautiful in the Like A Prayer video, as well as the Justify My Love omne. Most recently, I liked her look in "Jump." Her worst was True Blue. Her eyeborws looked like cattepillers.

Yeah thats probably true, but I've never seen such an extreme case as Madonna. To me shes amazing looking on screen, moreso than the average person, but in photographs I think she looks worse then people who arent nearly as good looking as she is
