Yes. This song was released 2 years prior to her debut album. She was working as a background singer and Jeff Lorber hired Karyn and Michael Jeffries to do vocals on his "Facts of Love" album. With this song hitting it pretty big, she got a deal with WB. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-
