..... Well, 3 out of 5 ain't bad. U got it right. I'm not crazy for Alicia's or Mary's. Mary's is a repeat of her last 2 albums. Alicia's is just boring as hell. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

both were pretty much afterthoughts. I didn't really ask for any music until I had to scramble to come up with a few last-minute wish-list items.

I can't break my collection because an artist I like releases a bad cd. I have to have EVERYTHING....good or bad. Besides, you'd be shocked as to how much I paid for each cd: Wattstax: $4 (3cd set) Ashford and Simpson: $4 (2cd set) Mary: $9 Alicia: $13 (deluxe cd with dvd) Janet: $3 So, I got my money's worth. I haven't watched Alicia's dvd yet, though. [Edited 1/2/10 12:00pm] [Edited 1/2/10 12:00pm] **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

No it's a 2-disc set with Nightbirds and Phoenix being on one disc and Chameleon devoted to another. Great set with photos and liners... Check me out and add me on:

Btw I had the 'Above The Rim' so many years ago and lost it I need to buy it again. I also have the 'Aftermath' but just for collection purposes it is pretty dreadful (although it has a handful of good songs). I assume that's why the person who bought it, bought it for too [Edited 1/2/10 19:04pm]

I have Alicia's but haven't listened to it yet, a whole lot of music to go that was acquired over the holidays. But I love,' Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart.' (That song has a whole other meaning for me . ...) I play that over and over. I thought 'Empire State of Mind,' which I also like a lot, was on her album as well. It's not. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.
