Mike had the charisma of a grown person. Tevin was tepid.

Never heard of Tevin before, but hes a really good singer judging by the clip. But hes too 90's, which means too bland.

Whats hits did he have? I'm more of a late 90's child and he seems really early 90's. And maybe he was more of an American thing?

When I was a kid, I used to think this was Michael singing, until I saw the video (I thought it was an old MJ or J5 song). I think if MJ did this song as a child, it would have sounded too "grown"...if that makes sense.

I remember it like it was yesterday.

I was 8 going on 9 and waited patiently every week for Jet magazine to arrive in the mail. I saw Tevin on the cover with those braids and was like

then....

WHAT IN THE HELL HAPPENED TO TEVIN CAMPBELL?!

I don't know what possessed dudes in '94-97 to rock those braids. They should've known when Kenny Blank from The Parent 'Hood (who was quite possible, one of the lamest black people in the history of existence) started rockin' them, they would NEVER be cool lol

The answer is Michael, but this is the best live performance I've ever seen by Tevin:

I can appreciate Tevin's skills since he emulated Michael and Whitney Houston in his style when he was little. So after Mike, he's the next best boy-voice to me.

Oprah always bothered me when she tried to dance to a song her guests were singing. She is NOT apart of the rhythm nation

I love this song, but Mike wins all the way.
