i'm sorry but I love saying and love hearing naughty things from the person I want to sleep with.

yea cuz prince to me is a sex symbol.....whereas robin really isnt.....same thing goes for usher....and i really do like doing wat u said to my girl but not in my MUZIK lol
Robin's singing to his wife. He's not trying to be anyone's sex symbol.

And some of the stuff Prince says is just as gross as you are claiming Robin to be. Robin's not talking about fucking the taste out of someone's mouth. giggle

I still play that song at least once a week.

When I met him the first time, I asked him to sing that song for me. I was in the second row at one of his shows and when the music started, I screamed like a little girl. he saw me in the audience and pointed at me. giggle

I liked him the first time I saw him cycling through the city with all that hair but I was afraid to truly love him 'cause I thought he was going to disappear or be a one hit/album wonder. But when he came back with the new look it was definitely love

disbelief Let me tell you, I was going to go to one of the signings but I am truly afraid to be that close to him so I passed. eek I saw him live once at a show and I need to stay in the audience. Many yards from the stage. Surrounded by others. And security.

One time, I even got bold enough to ask Robin for the towel he was using to wipe the sweat off his face. lol

And he gave it to me. falloff

Then when I got it home, I thought: I am too old for this shit. lol

Oh, Robin gives great hugs. giggle

eek Wow, that's quite a statement. I think Robin is of and I like some of his songs, and I don't have anything against him, but nothing about him wows me. I think he is an ok singer, but his falsetto seems forced. Also, in the category of male blue-eyed soul singers, I cannot see him surpassing Michael McDonald, George Michael (my fav), Simply Red or Darryl Hall.

That's great for those of you who had such wonderful experiences when you met Robin. From what I've seen of him, he appears to be a nice guy. So I am glad to here that, though I am not a fan. However, I know how nice it is to meet someone whose work you enjoy and have them show you some warmth and gratitude.

I read on in this forum last week that someone was a big fan of Raphael Saadiq and he was a prick both times they met him. sad I'm glad I've never had that experience with someone I like.

did somebody seriously say thicke was the best blue eyed soul singer? he isn't even close to Lisa Stansfield, let alone legends like McDonald, Teena Marie, George Michaels or Hall & Oates.

As much as I want to like Thicke, his songwriting is pedestrian at best. He has the talent but needs to educate himself on the art of songwriting. None of his songs can hold up to Been Around The World, Careless Whispers, She's Gone, Sarah's Smile, Square Biz or If I Were A Bell.

"Shakin It For Daddy" is atrocious disbelief but still,I bet it will be become a huge hit single for him.
it kinda reminds me of Kelis. She had some really great music but didn't really blow up until that Milkshake garbage.

'Milkshake' is not garbage . . . .

He's gone downhill after his stellar debut...too much reaching out to the masses and not enough artistic expressions.
nod I love his first album more than any of them. Cherry Blue Skies, The Stupid Things, Shooter, When I Get You Alone.... I'm A Be Alright is my favorite Robin Thicke song.

'Shooter' features Lil' Wayne. . . . but I like it.
