10 Good and possible reasons (I read very little of the previous comments before I posted this)
1. Her dancey/poppy music is appealing to a lot of gay males (Notice I said a lot, not all so its not stereotyping) 2. She patronises the Gay community (Gay dancers, choreographers, Djs etc) 3. Shes out there (Outrageous sexuality, outspoken) 4. Shes liberal and respecting of gays and other minority rights 5. She has over come a lot of her own prejudice from her upbringing 6. We seem to love her obsession with sex and how she has always constantly produced controversial and hellacatchy videos and songs (Notice how nearly everyone had kittens to the Justify my love video except gay men). 7. Justify my love, Like a prayer (Album) need I say more. 8. Her songs like Deeper and Deeper and Vogue which touch on gay themes and gay dances. 9. Her own flings with bisexuality and her rivalry with Britney and Gaga that ended with her tongue kissing them. 10. At the age of 51, all she wants to do is still dance her ass off!!! There you are, I think I first started screeching about Madonna when like a virgin came out (I was 8 years old, my cousin was a year younger and was hardcore until she was 16) I of course never outgrew her. So what are u going 2 do? R u just gonna sit there and watch? I'm not gonna stop until the war is over. Its gonna take a long time | |
