they have always been hot! thats the first i've ever seen of them and stevie. i knew the song but to see that they were on a show is doubly awesome!!!!!

I met them at the GMWA, and i got a pic with doug and melvin williams like a year before doug passed. so untimely..he was doing appearances with james moore, walter hawkins and solo stuff..very unexpected. but i do have great memories of those conventions...

That's cool! I love them. I met them when I was an intern in radio and they made you feel like you were their long-lost brother/cousin.

You mentioned Walter. I love him also. I think he is the most underrated Gospel artist ever. He and Edwin should be credited for the modern Gospel movement, but Walter always gets overlooked.

Walter makes all of these new-comers look like the ametures they really are. If you listen to any of the Love Alive cds, Walter had the great ability to make a choir sound like one voice. Most choirs don't sound that way today.

Ok back on topic....I LOVE the Williams Brothers.

LOVE the Williams Brothers. Doug Williams is one of my all time favorite vocalists.

The Williams Brothers is what I call a a quintessential part of African American Culture.
I am convinced Beyonce's career would not be where it is, if she had dark skin.
