"All The Man I Need". It's a straight on romantic plea, whereas "Where Do Broken Hearts Go", although good, sounds like it belongs in a Disney movie.

I'll go with "All The Man I Need," but I'd take "Didn't We Almost Have It All" over both of them.

I will take the original version of "Didn't we almost have it all", over her version any day...

No. Peter Allen, did the original.

When? Peter Allen usually sang his own songs.

Once in awhile he sang other people songs. This song was on one of his first albums. I know because my dad had it and I remember him saying how much Whitney's version sounded like so "over sung", compared to his.

I think you're misremembering. I can't find any trace of Peter Allen singing that song -- not on All Music Guide, Discogs.com, or anywhere else. Maybe he was talking about "Don't Cry Out Loud" or something.
