This is a great Dan Hartman composition.

This is one of those James Brown songs that some people used
to turn their noses at labeling it pop filler but i can't
front i used to jam to it. I thought the song and video was
cool.

A groove. I run to this in the gym.

This is my jam. It's one of my earliest memories of liking a song.

It was OK for the late 1980s. Better than a lot of the other stuff during that era.

I love this song, cool

I'm not the biggest James Brown fan,

but..... this song was my introduction to James Brown's music.

He's a genius, but... unfortunately, it's rare I put his music on.

I sure find Prince's pop-funk-soul-rock mixture more interesting. wink

songwriter Dan Hartman rest in peace.
