Wow I really enjoyed that, I fucking love the whole family. What was Marlon doing in Nigeria? Tito is the man. He is definitely his father's son. Is Siggy supposed to be gangsta or punk? Randy Jr. is a cutie-lets hope he doesn't let himself go like BIG Randall. Jackie is a sweetheart. Claymation is a mess. Jimmy & Terry look goood. Mrs. Claymation seems beautiful. | |

Time warp. Jermaine's ego is out of control...his lame-ass reason for not staying with his brothers when they went to CBS and he stayed at Motown being ripped of by his ex-father-in-law...Marlon certainly rebounded from working at a grocery store in San Diego..Tito has lots of his father's ways, and Jackie seems to be a 50/50 split of mom and dad...still boggles the mind why Randy is not involved, could it be Jermaine? I bet they have had some moments over sharing the same snatch - wow at having siblings that are also your first cousins...The Jackson, a prime example of a dysfunctional family and one in denial, especially about their late 'brother' - who did everything to be non-Black and non-male, and truly non-heterosexual...I will always maintain the only snatch he has ever had was when he came out of Katherine's womb Music Royalty in Motion | |

I liked the Jam and Lewis footage. That's a little lesson in how to approach an Artist before you work with them.
Just for randomness it's fun to compare what we see in the series to MJ's comments about his brothers he made in that News Of The World article. Katherine had that look like "I'll call Michael to help you sorry a** kids on this." Marlon has very girlie ways with his broke wrist and duplicity. Jackie has a weird negative passive-aggresive vibe. Tito is grounded but c'mon Tito. Jermaine uh, wow. No wonder Randy snatches up his wives. Show the lady some real affection. He looked Ike Turner-ish in how he was treating her. How are you gonna have 47 kids and not show affection to your wife? Why spend all that money meeting at restaurants eating..... what was that did the brothers share a plate of a can of ravioli? I didn't see any main course or desert. Just pick up a phone and say "Is in still on for the shoot?" MJ isn't there and these guys couldn't appear at a car wash and get anyone interested. The other thing is as The Jackson 5ive the magic came from the writers and producers under Berry's direction with MJ as the focal point. As the Jacksons the two components in the music that made it happen were MJ and Randy. On the tracks that really stood out either MJ and Randy wrote it together or one of them was a writer on the track. The brothers and Jermaine never worked together as writers (As far as I know) in the J5 or The Jacksons so there is no cohesiveness. I don't know who wrote what on 2300 Jackson Street.
